WE ARE CHRIST'S FRAGRANCE...

The Bible says we are the aroma (fragrance) of Christ. Let's spread that fragrance around!

2 Corinthians 2:15, : For we are to God the aroma of Christ, among those who are being saved and those who are perishing.

LISTEN and SILENT

Be still, and in the quiet moments, listen to the voice of your Heavenly Father.  His words can renew your spirit.  No one knows you and your needs like He does.  -Janet L. Weaver
My soul, wait silently for God alone, for my expectation is from Him.  Psalm 62:5 (NKJV)
Hi..
LISTEN and SILENT are two words with the same alphabets and are very important for any vital relationship.
In the stillness we can hear our Lord's voice when we enjoy the right relationship with Him.
Be still and silent and listen to HIS voice this day......
PSALM 46:10,"Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth."
May God's Word always be a lamp to our feet and a light to our path!
JESUS CHRIST OUR LORD AND SAVIOR LOVES YOU..!
Good Night

"If you, too, will learn to wait upon God, to get alone with Him, and remain silent so that you can hear His voice when He is ready to speak to you, what a difference it will make in your life! " -Kay Arthur
The world is full of noise.  Might we not set ourselves to learn silence, stillness, solitude?  -Elisabeth Elliot

In quietness and trust is your strength.  Isaiah 30:15 (NASB)

Let's not be ignorant at the way the enemy works.

Hi.
The battle is real but we battle not against flesh and Blood..but against powers of darkness!
Let's not be ignorant at the way the enemy works. He moves from behind, slyly, slowly and then attacks suddenly. We so.. often watch the lion hunt it's prey on the "Discovery channel". He catches it's prey off guard.
Let's not be ignorant of Satan's plans.
2 Corinthians 2:11 lest Satan should take advantage of us; for we are not ignorant of his devices.
God wants us to stand up and resist the enemy and not flee from him.
We are to go into the enemy's camp and take back what he stole from us but sometime we allow the enemy hunt us down, steal, kill and destroy what is ours.
We are the Lord’s army and stand in his territory facing the real enemy. So we need to be well prepared, equipped, armored.
The Devil let's go only when compelled. We are given the power to resist him.
So let's be strong in the Lord, wear our armor, wrestle, stand, withstand, resist and overcome!

Let's take our authority and overcome the powers of darkness, in the Name of Jesus Christ our Lord.
IT'S NOT THE TIME TO QUIT!
LET US...
RISE UP...PRESS ON...
BE BOLD...
CHALLENGE EVERY POWERS OF DARKNESS THAT COMES NEAR US, OUR HOME, OUR CHILDREN, OUR BUSINESS, IN THE NAME OF JESUS/YESHUA.
SATAN IS THE ONE WHO IS BEHIND EVERY LOSS, CONFLICT, CONFUSION, STRIFE.

HE ONLY COMES TO STEAL, KILL AND DESTROY!
THAT IS HIS ONLY AGENDA!HE DIVIDES BUT OUR GOD RESTORES!!
LET'S COMMAND THE DEVIL TO TAKE HIS HAND OFF OUR SITUATIONS.
BE ENCOURAGED AS I ENCOURAGE MYSELF IN THE LORD..

2 Corinthians 10: 4 "For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, 5 casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ,"
Let's pray at all times for all things....!
Revelation 12:11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death.
James 4:7 Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.
The lion when in pursuit of it's prey, singles out the weak, young, lame from the herd and then attacks. Let's keep an eye on the weak, lonely, unattended, defenseless and struggling in our midst so that they don't fall a prey to the enemy.
HAVE A BLESSED DAY....
Julia

God hears...

People may fail to understand us...may not have time for us..
BUT EL SHADDAI our ALMIGHTY GOD IS ALWAYS WAITING FOR US!
HE LOVES TO FELLOWSHIP WITH US!
Let's get into the habit of talking to God about everything that happens in our life, about our hearts concerns.
HE LOVES TO HEAR US.
Psalm 4:3
Know that the Lord has set apart his faithful servant for himself; the Lord hears when I call to him.
HIS EARS ARE OPEN TO OUR CRIES.
And we will be blessed to HEAR HIM....speak...!
Let's talk to God today!
God bless..

It's how you look that matters.....

Hi..
Good Morning..
Sharing with you all a thought that blessed me..
"Everything in this world can be seen as you wish to see it...
Good or Bad;
Simple or Complicated;
Easy or Difficult.
Its not how things are;
It's about how you look up to them.
...and how you look up to them is all up to you."
Even as I read this thought I realised that it's only when our eyes
are fixed on our Lord Jesus Christ, we are able to see the things around us,
through His eyes.
We can see God's beauty in all the beautiful things He created.
Look at the skies...
Job 35:5, "Look up at the heavens and see; gaze at the clouds so high above you."
Look at the beauty of nature around..
And let's look at the good things in people we meet!
Have a cheerful and Beautiful day !

~Jesus Christ our Lord changed our Identity~

Hi....

Jesus Christ the Son of the Most High God, gives us His identity, He calls us His own, when we accept Him as our Savior.
From a "Nobody"
He makes us a "Somebody".
Now we can eat at the Kings table.
From "Fruitlessness" He makes us "Fruitful"
From a " looser" He makes us "more than conquerors."
He will be our strength when we are weak.
How bless we are to be a chosen generation.
Romans 8:17
Now if we are children, then we are heirs—heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory.

If God's for us...

How deep can the enemy push us down?
Not deeper than where the hands of our Lord will reach down to reach down to lift us up, He is the Glory and lifter of our heads!
Praise God!
How much of mud can the enemy throw on us and get us dirty?
The Blood of Jesus Christ is powerful to clean us and make us whiter than snow, if we are willing to let Him do so!
Praise God!
How much of hatred can the enemy unleash against a child of God?
The love of Jesus Christ for His own is unbeatable and will satisfy us.
Psalm 90:14
Satisfy us in the morning with your unfailing love, that we may sing for joy and be glad all our days.
Praise God!
If God's for and with us, who or what can stand or prevail against us?
God bless you...

God's plan...

God's plan for us His children is always good!

Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

God's plan is always to build and plant a nation that walks in obedience to Him. But if a nation does in God's sight and and an individual will deliberately choose to walk away from God to follow his/her ways and plans God will reconsider the good He had planned.

Jeremiah 18: 9 "And if at another time I announce that a nation or kingdom is to be built up and planted, 10 and if it does evil in my sight and does not obey me, then I will reconsider the good I had intended to do for it."

How can God help a person or Nation that chooses to walk away from God's will and plans?
He does warn n waits for the rebellious to return but if one chooses to follow the stubbornness of his own heart, how can God help?

Jeremiah 18: 11 “Now therefore say to the people of Judah and those living in Jerusalem, ‘This is what the Lord says: Look! I am preparing a disaster for you and devising a plan against you. So turn from your evil ways, each one of you, and reform your ways and your actions.’ 12 But they will reply, ‘It’s no use. We will continue with our own plans; we will all follow the stubbornness of our evil hearts.’”

Blessed are those who wait on God and those who return from following their own plans.
Blessed are those who wait on God, He will satisfy the one whose hope is in Him.
But if an individual gets impatient and  pick up that which glitters 'like' gold in this world, God cannot really help!
Let's not trade the BEST God has for us for something that merely looks good in our eyes....
Sometimes we miss God's Highest and Best by looking at things that are not in God's plan for us.
As far as God's concerned there is only one best...the "high calling of God in Christ Jesus"(Philippians 3:14 KJV)
Be blessed

Jeremiah's prayer and God's answer!

Hi...
Isn't it comforting to know we can share
our deepest thoughts,
our hurts, our feelings with our God, the creator of this Universe and be sure He'll listen.
Sometimes we are upset when people accuse us falsely,
sometimes we tend to complain
about all that's not right around us.
But as I read Jeremiah I seen how God listened to him
as he poured out his heart to Him.
Let's talk to God about our hurts and concerns.
Jeremiah 15:15-20,
15 You understand, O LORD;
remember me and care for me.
       Avenge me on my persecutors.
       You are long-suffering—do not take me away;
think of how I suffer reproach for your sake.
16 When your words came, I ate them;
they were my joy and my heart's delight,
       for I bear your name,
       O LORD God Almighty.
17 I never sat in the company of revelers,
       never made merry with them;
I sat alone because your hand was on me
and you had filled me with indignation.
18 Why is my pain unending
and my wound grievous and incurable?
Will you be to me like a deceptive brook,
       like a spring that fails?
19 Therefore this is what the LORD says:
"If you repent, I will restore you
       that you may serve me;
if you utter worthy, not worthless, words,
       you will be my spokesman.
Let this people turn to you,
but you must not turn to them.
20 I will make you a wall to this people,
       a fortified wall of bronze;
       they will fight against you
       but will not overcome you,
       for I am with you
       to rescue and save you,"
       declares the LORD.
21 "I will save you from the hands of the wicked
and redeem you from the grasp of the cruel."
The foot notes to this passage in the Life Application Bible says,
QUOTE>>
God did not get angry with Jeremiah, he answered by rearranging his priorities. As God's mouth piece he was to influence people and not let them influence him.
There are 3 important lessons in this passage.
1) In prayer we can reveal our deepest thoughts to God.
2) God expects us to trust Him, no matter what.
3) We are here to influence others to God.
>>>>UNQUOTE
Reading this set my mind at rest.
Things we see around may not be good, people around
may fail to understand us. But we need to just continue to faithfully serve God.
Instead of complaining about the darkness, let us choose to be the light.
We need to be of positive influence on others and lead others to Christ.
The Lord says in..
Jeremiah 15:19 "Therefore this is what the LORD says:
"If you repent, I will restore you
       that you may serve me;
if you utter worthy, not worthless, words,
       you will be my spokesman.
Let this people turn to you,
but you must not turn to them. "
So let us stand up and start serving God and pray for the lost to turn to Jesus.
The lesson I learnt:
Instead of cribbing about the darkness, I need to be the "light"
Matthew 5:14
"You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden.
15Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house.
16 In the same way, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven.

I need to leave the judging to God.
He knows best.
Matthew 7: 1
"Do not judge, or you too will be judged. 2For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.
Be Blessed,

Sometimes......

Hi..
Sometimes .......
when you feel lost, lonely and no one seems to care...
when all things seems to be working against us...
when you cry and no one seems to notice...
when you sigh and no one sees to see..
when you talk and no one listens...
Do you feel like giving up?
Do you feel it's all over??
Well just quieten your voice and be still in God's presence.
You'll hear your Saviour JESUS whisper so gentle and lovingly say...
"I'll never leave or forsake you."
Joshua 1:5
No one will be able to stand up against you all the days of your life. As I was with Moses, so I will be with you; I will never leave you nor forsake you.
Psalm 37:28
For the LORD loves the just and will not forsake his faithful ones.
He says, "You are mine."
Isaiah 43:1
But now, this is what the LORD says— he who created you, O Jacob, he who formed you, O Israel: "Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have summoned you by name; you are mine.
"Call unto me and I will answer you."
Jeremiah 33:3
'Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.'
Psalm20:1
May the LORD answer you when you are in distress; may the name of the God of Jacob protect you.
Isaiah 65:24
Before they call I will answer; while they are still speaking I will hear.
" I have good plans for you."
Jeremiah 29:11
For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
"I am your comforter."
Jeremiah 8:18
O my Comforter in sorrow, my heart is faint within me.
"I am for you."
Romans 8:31
If God is for us, who can be against us?
"One day I will wipe all your tears away."
Isaiah 25:8
The Sovereign LORD will wipe away the tears from all faces; he will remove the disgrace of his people from all the earth. The LORD has spoken.
"I'll love you with an everlasting love."
Jeremiah 31:3
The LORD appeared to us in the past, saying: "I have loved you with an everlasting love; I have drawn you with loving-kindness.
"I'll give you my peace, peace that passeth all understanding."
Philippians 4:7
And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
This list could go on and on ....
Isn't that comforting?
This is enough to put the smile back on our face and the joy in our heart!
