WE ARE CHRIST'S FRAGRANCE...

The Bible says we are the aroma (fragrance) of Christ. Let's spread that fragrance around!

2 Corinthians 2:15, : For we are to God the aroma of Christ, among those who are being saved and those who are perishing.

SPIRITUAL WARFARE written Inner Man Ministries

SPIRITUAL WARFARE

Put on the Armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18)
1) I place around my waist the belt of truth. I will know the truth and the truth will make me free. I am free because whoever the Son sets free is free indeed. I am free from (say whatever you have been set free from). I am a Son/Daughter of God. The Holy Spirit guides me into all truth. He will guide me with His eye. I have the wisdom and knowledge of God. The Holy Spirit will instruct me in the way I should go.
2) I put on the breastplate of righteousness. Because of the cross Jesus has placed on me a robe of righteousness, I am the righteousness of God. I plead the blood of Jesus over myself today. Forgive me of my sins this day. Convict me Holy Spirit of any wrong and search my heart of any secret sin. The righteous are as bold as a lion. I thank you for boldness to do your will today. Help me to speak your word with great boldness. I am established today in your righteousness.
3) My feet are shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace. Help me to be prepared to give my testimony today. I thank you that you have made a covenant with me that your laws and your words are written on my heart and in my mind. You said that you put your words in my mouth. Let my life reflect the gospel of peace. Send someone across my path to share the gospel with today. Use me Lord to bless someone today.
4) I take up the shield of faith which quenches every fiery dart of the enemy. Faith is the victory that overcomes the world. I am an over comer in you. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. I thank you for my angels. I have an angel of the Lord that encamps around about me. I am protected from the evil one and delivered from the evils of this present world.
5) I place on my head the helmet of salvation, the hope of glory. I have the mind of Christ and no weapon formed against my mind will prosper. I think on things which are good, pure, perfect, lovely, and of good report. I will take authority over my mind today. I have authority over all the power of the enemy. I choose to cast down every vain imagination that exalts itself against the knowledge of God and I will bring them into captivity to the obedience of Christ. I belong to Jesus and I give the Holy Spirit control of my thoughts. I submit my mind to God, resist the devil, and he must flee.
6) I take the sword of the spirit and I use it on the offense. I will not shrink back. I am a soldier for Christ. We wrestle against principalities. I thank you for the power of your word. It is sharper than any two-edged sword. It will not return void but it accomplishes the task it was sent for. Your word is true. You are not a man that you would lie.  I am a doer of your word. Your word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path. I will hide your word in my heart so that I will not sin against you.

7) I will pray in the Spirit on all occasions because the Spirit will pray through me the will of God. This builds up my inner man and gives me strength for the day.   I will pray for the saints according to your word.
[I add this to my prayer in addition to the armor of God]
8) I thank you that the glory of the Lord is my rear guard.
9) I will praise you today. Let the high praises of God be in my mouth and a two-edged sword in my hand. I will praise you because you are worthy of my praise. I place on myself a garment of praise for a spirit of heaviness. Put a new song in my heart Lord. Let your praise be continually on my lips.
10) I thank you Lord that you are a God of healing, provision, and restoration. You are my healer. It is the will of God for me to be healed. You took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses. You said you heal all thy diseases. You are my provider. Those who seek you will not lack any good thing. You will prosper me as my soul prospers. As I seek you first, you will add all things to me. All my needs are met in Jesus. You have made a covenant with me that as I tithe and give an offering that you will supply all my needs and I will reap abundantly. You are the God of restoration. As I plead with you and walk pure and upright, you will rouse yourself on my behalf and restore me to my rightful place. You will restore what the cankerworm has eaten up. You restore my soul.
11) I thank you Lord that I walk in the fruit of your Spirit.  It is not by might, not by power, but by your Spirit says the Lord. I have love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. This is my personality in you.
12) I ask you for the gifts of the Spirit. Your word says to seek the gifts. I want to edify others through these gifts. I ask you for the message of wisdom, the message of knowledge, the gift of faith, the gift of healing, miraculous powers, the gift of prophecy, discerning of spirits, speaking in different kinds of tongues, and the interpretation of tongues. Help me to encourage someone today through the power of your Holy Spirit
13) I pray all these in your Holy name, Jesus. Your name is above every name. All things are placed under your feet. All authority has been given unto you in Heaven and in earth. In Him we live, in Him we move and in Him we have our being. You are Lord. Amen.

I don’t know about you, but it seems that the tests we’re going through are getting harder and harder. Do you remember when you took tests in high school? At the time they may have seemed hard. But imagine if you had to take an elementary school test when you were in high school. You’d probably think – oh this is so simple.
So if it seems that the testing of your faith is more intense – it simply means that you’re graduating to new levels of faith! Our faith is being tested, and as we pass each “faith” test, we’re finding different means of being tested. I suppose in a few years, we’ll look back and think to ourselves – wow that was a hard test, but now it doesn't look so difficult! If you’re going through a tough time right now, be encouraged because it simply means that God is graduating you to new levels of faith!  The harder the tests, the greater difficulty – the greater the reward, an increased blessing awaits you!

Stay focused, stay alert and remember that God is trying to stretch your faith so that you can accomplish even more for His Kingdom!

Prayer to Release Us into Financial Freedom~ By Paul Cox

 GREAT WORD & PRAYER
Prayer to Release Us into Financial Freedom
Paul Cox

While we were conducting the Advanced Discernment and Exploration School in the Perth area of Australia, Linda Fimbres had a vision of a man holding a stack of money.  Linda told me to discern the lines coming from the money.  I found that I could feel lines connecting the money to the person's heart and mind.  I could also feel lines coming off of the money and going to banks, institutions, other people and freemasonry groups.  Linda then asked the Lord what the money should be connected.  His response was very clear.  All money is to be connection to Him, The Lord of Creation.

As we shared the dream with school, the Lord began moving in our midst.  The Lord brought to our remembrance scripture and scripture that spoke of the relationship we are to have with money.  The Lord then us to construct a prayer of renunciation for the way we and our generational lines have thought of and handled money.

Here is the Prayer to Release Us into Financial Freedom.

Prayer to Release Us Into Financial Freedom

I repent that I have not treated and valued the Kingdom of Heaven as I should and that I have exchanged the value of the Kingdom of Heaven for the desires of my heart in the form of earthly Kingdom.  Lord I repent for worrying about life, food, and clothing.  I repent for laying up treasures on earth where moths and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal.  I repent for robbing the Lord and not freely and cheerfully giving my offerings to You out of a heart of love.

Lord I repent for loving money, for serving Mammon (riches), for greed and for covetousness.

I repent of the belief that money is the answer to everything in my life.  I repent of expecting money to be my answer and my friend.  I repent for forsaking You as my life source and for focusing my eyes on the pursuit of wealth to my own harm and the harm of others.  I repent for choosing to serve Mammon in preference to You and thereby filling my life with darkness.  I renounce on behalf of my ancestors and myself for every agreement made with Mammon by using money in ungodly ways and for ungodly purposes.  I repent for being double-minded with money and unstable in all of my ways.  I choose to hate Mammon and love you Lord with my whole heart.  I choose to place my treasure where my heart is, in the Kingdom of Heaven, for you to use as you choose.

I repent for making money my defender, security and protection.

I repent for believing that chants, spells, fate, superstition, and luck will provide the money I need.

I repent for myself and my family line for using diverse weights and measures and not paying our employees their due.

I repent for making money the center of the universe and not You, Lord.

I repent for pride, gaining wealth by dishonest means and vain striving for silver and gold.  I repent for myself and my family line for not exercising my responsibility to pay money that was owed to the governmental agencies.  I repent for defrauding, cheating, lying and stealing from the government.  I also repent for a begrudging and bitter attitude in paying my taxes. I repent for not recognizing your anointing on government to provide for the basic necessities of our corporate life together.  I repent for criticizing, complaining and cursing my government for not providing enough for the people.

I repent for myself and my generational line for seeking, accepting, treasuring, profiting from, and spending blood money.  I also repent for adding blood money to my children's inheritance.  On behalf of my ancestors, I choose to forgive those financial institutions which have foreclosed on mortgages and stolen property which rightfully belonged to me and my descendants as an inheritance.

I repent across my generational line for abandoning and sacrificing family and relationships, land and culture and even faith in God and for seeking gold and earthly treasures.  I choose to seek after the ultimate treasure of my Lord Jesus Christ with all my heart.

I repent on behalf of myself and my ancestors for believing in a poverty mindset and being stingy with the body of Christ.  I declare that Jesus came to give us abundant life.  Father, in your mercy free me and my future generations of the consequences of this.  I repent and confess the lie that godliness implies poverty, lacking in basic necessities, living in poverty, always being in need, and that the children would never procure their education.  I choose to believe and accept that God will supply all of my needs and that there will be an inheritance for a thousand generations that my descendants will not have to beg for food and that all my needs will be met.

I repent for being disconnected from the River of Life of God's endless supply.  I choose to be connected to the River of Life where God will grant me the ability to acquire wealth for His Kingdom.  I repent for spending money on that which does not satisfy and not coming to your living waters to drink.

I repent for myself and my generational line for hardening my heart and shutting my hand against my poorer brothers in their needs.  I repent of holding back my possessions and services to get higher prices from those in need.  I declare I will open my hand and heart to the poor, sharing my resources as You lead so no one will lack and Your power will not be hindered and Your grace will remain.  I repent for spending money on that which does not satisfy and not coming to your living waters to drink and bringing unity in the Body of Christ.  I choose to not hold back from the needy. I break in Jesus name the curses that have come against me and my generational line for demanding unfair prices from the needy. Lord would you release your blessings and grace on my selling and trading, especially to those in need.

I repent for not feeding the poor nor taking care of the widows and orphans.

I repent for myself and my family line for not receiving the inheritance that you had for us and I choose to receive the inheritance, abundance and gifts that you have for us.  I ask that it will come in such abundance that we will be able to leave an inheritance for our children and grandchildren.

Lord I ask you to disconnect my ancestors, me, and my descendants from money that was tied to freemasonry, secret societies, secret agendas, covert operations, ungodly funding of churches and institutions and for the building of ungodly altars and for funding prostitutes.

Lord break off the curse of sowing much and bringing in little, eating and not having enough, and earning wages only to put them into a bag with holes.

Lord I ask You to destroy the connectors and cleanse the ley lines attached between me and earthly treasures.

Lord, connect me to you alone. I choose not to hold on to anything but you.  I give everything I have to you.

I repent for myself and my family line for the judgment that the gifts of the Holy Spirit could be purchased or sold.  I break the curse that the money in my generational line and in my life would perish with me.  I repent for my wickedness and my generational wickedness and ask that my heart would be restored into a right relationship with You.

Lord I repent for making my giving an obligation to You and not a free act of my love.  Lord remove the yoke of obligation from me.  Remove the canopy of law and obligation from me.  Lord allow me to live in your grace and your provision.

I ask you Holy Spirit to be the One who directs me what to give.  Lord make my giving come from an attitude of gratitude and of love.  I choose to seek and follow Your guidance in my giving.

Lord I repent for not trusting You and not trusting You to provide.

On behalf of my ancestors and myself and for future generations, I choose to forgive those who have swindled me, especially banks and financial institutions, and government agencies, and those who have charged me usury, and those who have tried to keep me in poverty and have disinherited my children.

I declare I will be content in You and in my wages in whatever financial state I am in.

Lord thank you for giving me the creativity to produce wealth in seed.  Holy Spirit teach me what to sow, what to reap, and what to harvest for your purpose.

I declare that I will eat of the bread of life and delight in your abundance.

I declare that I am one member of many members of the body of Christ in whom are all the hidden treasures of wisdom and knowledge.

Lord would you please release into me the blessing and joy of giving freely in accordance with Your will for my life.

Lord help me to see money with spiritual eyes, knowing it is Your resource and it belongs to You.  Lord would you release the treasures that the enemy has stolen from me and my family line.

I declare that your Word says: You will go before us and make the crooked places straight; I will break in pieces the gates of bronze and cut the bars of iron. You will give us the treasures of darkness and hidden riches of secret places. You are the One who gives power to get wealth that You may establish Your covenant which You swore to our fathers, as it is this day. The blessing of the Lord makes one rich, and You add no sorrow with it. The generous soul will be made rich, and he who waters will also be watered himself.  Thank you for enabling me to leave an inheritance to my children's children.

Lord would you give me a circumcised heart so you can release Your treasure from heaven.

The Right Words...

Hi.....
Just came across this poem  and realized how important it is to speak the right, encouraging words especially when someone's really hurting.
Psalm 19:14 "May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be pleasing in your sight, O LORD, my Rock and my Redeemer."
How often we pass by people who hurt and don't just seem to care.
I pray the Lord use each of us to pray for and encourage a hurting heart.
I pray He'll give us the right words to say.
May our mouth speak words of wisdom.
Psalm 49:3 "My mouth will speak words of wisdom; the utterance from my heart will give understanding."I pray God will help us stop by and stretch out a hand to lift someone who is feeling tired and weak spiritually and speak words of encouragement.
It's when one's down the valley and hurting one wishes to see his/her fellow brothers, sisters, friends and loved ones around and listen to loving, encouraging words.
Ecclesiastes 10:12 "Words from a wise man's mouth are gracious,....."
Let us ask God to put the right words in our mouths to lift up a hurting heart.
Jeremiah 1:9 Then the LORD reached out his hand and touched my mouth and said to me, "Now, I have put my words in your mouth.
And finally...
Ephesians 6:19 "Pray also for me, that whenever I open my mouth, words may be given me so that I will fearlessly make known the mystery of the gospel."

People will forget what you said.
People will forget what you did .
But people will NEVER forget how you made them feel.
 Proverbs 25:11
A word aptly spoken is like apples of gold in settings of silver.
THE RIGHT WORDS

Lord, give me the right words to say
To broken hearts that come my way
To those who have been hurt before
That, I not hurt them any more

To those whose hearts have hardened up
To those who won't hold out their cup
That, Lord, You long to overflow
With love and mercy. Lord, let me know

That I might have the words to say
That I might plant a seed today
That glory would be given to You
Through all I say and all I do

Lord, give me the right words to say
More hearts are breaking every day
They're out there crying in the night
I long to help them see the light

But, fragile are those souls and weak
So this is why Your words I seek
And pray Thee give me words to say
That I, not one soul, turn away.

What God looks for in an intercessor?

Hi....
Intercessors are prayer warriors!
Today God's looking for someone who is willing to stand in the gap and intercede.
Ezekiel 22:30,"I looked for a man among them who would build up the wall and stand before me in the gap on behalf of the land so I would not have to destroy it, but I found none."
What does God look for in an intercessor?
1) Availability.( Should be available to pray anytime, any place & for anything )
Luke 21:36 Watch ye therefore, and pray always....
Matthew 21:22 And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.
2) Intimacy.( Should have an intimate relationship with God.)
Psalm 25:14 The LORD confides in those who fear him; he makes his covenant known to them.
3)Obedience. (Should be obedient to God's call & voice)
1 Samuel 15:22 But Samuel replied: "Does the LORD delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices as much as in obeying the voice of the LORD ? To obey is better than sacrifice, and to heed is better than the fat of rams.
4)Total surrender.( Should be fully committed to God.)
2 Chronicles 16:9,"For the eyes of the LORD range throughout the earth to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to him. You have done a foolish thing, and from now on you will be at war."
5)Life of Holiness.( His ears are always open to the righteous.)
Psalm 34:15 The eyes of the LORD are on the righteous and his ears are attentive to their cry;
6)Humility.(Should be humble)
It's the need of this hour.
2 Chronicles 7:14,"if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land."
7)Patience: (Should be willing to patiently wait and keep praying till we get answers.)
Psalm 37:7 Be still before the LORD and wait patiently for him; do not fret when men succeed in their ways, when they carry out their wicked schemes.
Psalm 40:1 I waited patiently for the LORD; he turned to me and heard my cry.
8) Persistent: ( Should not quit praying till we see God do something.)
Isa 62:6-7, "I have posted watchmen on your walls, O Jerusalem;
they will never be silent day or night.
You who call on the LORD,
give yourselves no rest, 7 and give him no rest till he establishes Jerusalem
and makes her the praise of the earth
.
To fail praying for someone is sin. Did someone ask you to pray for them? Pray as soon as they ask you so that you don't forget about it later. And also have a prayer diary where you can note down the prayer points & pray later.
1 Samuel 12:23,"As for me, far be it from me that I should sin against the LORD by failing to pray for you."
BE BLESSED,
Julia

Dark but still beautiful?

Hi family and friends..
Each of us are so...unique and precious in our Lord's eyes.
No matter what caste, race, colour we are our Lord Jesus Christ loves us the same.
He created us in His image. Let's appreciate the beauty of God in His handiwork.
It was He who knit us together in our mother's womb.
Today let's thank God for making us the way we are.
Just sharing a blog (with her permission) written by our daughter Becky a couple of years back, hope someone is blessed.
May this week be blessed.

Hi,
Some one called me 'dark but still beautiful' today. You might think I'd be delighted at this comment but sadly I wasn’t. No, no…..Don’t get me wrong. I’m not one of the I-don’t-like-compliments type it’s just that the words ‘but still’ worry me a lot. This one sentence has had me thinking all afternoon. I could have been called beautiful. But no, it had to be noted that I am dark ‘but still’ beautiful.  I am so stirred up; I could write a book about this. But trust me, I will keep this short!
Why should someone EVER be called dark ‘but still’ beautiful? Is being ‘dark skinned’ usually something that isn’t associated with beauty? Is it so distant from beauty that it has to ‘noted’ when the two are together? Which leads me to my next question, is beauty associated with fairness?
I’ve never heard anyone say, ‘She’s fair but still beautiful’!
Racism is often rooted deep within us and we fail to realise that beauty is in everything that God created. It doesn’t depend on the colour of your skin.
 The Bible clearly says in
Genesis 1:27 – “So God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.”
Let’s start loving each other putting aside things that matter little like the colour of our skins. Let’s stop judging people for the way the look or make fun of them because of their appearances.
We all have an image of what ‘beauty’ or ‘perfection’ is, in our heads. Let’s not judge people who don’t fit these images. Let’s not point out to people that they are dark because IT’S NOT A CRIME TO BE DARK SKINNED. The Bible says ALL were created in the image of God and no where is it said that fair skin is beautiful.
To conclude quickly as I said I would, I want to challenge each and every one who reads this mail to think about any racist ideas that we may have and lay them at the feet of Jesus. Also, let’s repent if we have made fun of people’s looks or appearances. Jesus only feels immense love when He looks into each of our faces.
God bless you all.
Dark but ever loved by Him,
Rebecca.

In actuality, there is only one race - the human race. Within the human race is a great amount of diversity in skin color and other physical characteristics.
Within the human race is a great amount of diversity in skin color and other physical characteristics.

Gossip free zone...

This is what the Bible tell us about GOSSIP!
Proverbs 11:13A gossip betrays a confidence, but a trustworthy man keeps a secret.
Proverbs 16:28A perverse man stirs up dissension, and a gossip separates close friends.
Proverbs 20:19A gossip betrays a confidence; so avoid a man who talks too much.
2 Corinthians 12:20For I am afraid that when I come I may not find you as I want you to be, and you may not find me as you want me to be. I fear that there may be quarreling, jealousy, outbursts of anger, factions, slander, gossip, arrogance and disorder.
Here below is an e-mail I received that blessed me.
Stay Blessed..
Julia
 Gossip-Free Zone
A man who bears false witness against his neighbor is like a club, a sword, and a sharp arrow. —Proverbs 25:18
In some offices, you can get fired for gossiping. According to a 2002 survey, the average employee gossips 65 hours a year. One Chicago firm decided to become a "gossip-free zone." They require that employees never talk badly about co-workers behind their backs. If you're caught, you lose your job.
A ministry for people in the entertainment industry takes a refreshing alternative to gossip. They combat it with prayer. Instead of putting down famous people who get in trouble with bad choices, they encourage people to pray for them.
Among God's commands to His people is "You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor" (Ex. 20:16). While this may be talking primarily about lying at judicial proceedings, gossip could also be included in the command because it violates the law of love toward our neighbor. Proverbs uses strong language to describe this use of our words. It's like "a club, a sword, and a sharp arrow" against others (25:18).
Gossip feeds into our natural desires to feel superior to others and to belong or fit in, so combating it in our personal lives can be a challenge. But if we choose to love through prayer, our lives can be a gossip-free zone.
Anne Cetas
Lord, forgive us for speaking carelessly
about others to make ourselves look better.
Help us to think before we speak. Teach us
to be loving with our words. Amen.
You can never justify gossip.

Treasure every moment

Hi..
Life is like a mist.
Let's give every moment our best.
Let's love and serve our Lord with gladness.
Let's treasure every moment.
James 4:14
Why, you do not even know what will happen tomorrow. What is your life? You are a mist that appears for a little while and then vanishes.
Below is a poem " ONE DAY AT A TIME"
Be Blessed...
YSIC
Julie

One day at a time, sweet Jesus
That's all I'm asking from you
Give me the strength to do everything that I have to do
Yesterday's gone sweet Jesus
And tomorrow may never be mine
Help me today
Show me the way
One day at a time.
ONE DAY AT A TIME
Our lives are made up  of a million moments,
spent in a million different ways.
Some are spent searching for
love, peace, and harmony.
Others are spent surviving day by day.
But there is no greater moment
than when we find that life,
with all it's joys and sorrows,
is meant to be lived one day at a time.
It's in this knowledge that we discover
the most wonderful truth of all.
Whether we live in a forty-room mansion,
surrounded by servants and wealth,
or find it a struggle to manage
the rent month to month,
we have it within our power to be fully
satisfied and live a life with true meaning.
One day at a time -we have that ability,
through cherishing each moment
and rejoicing in each dream.
We can experience each day anew,
and with this fresh start we have
what it takes to make all our dreams come true.
Each day is new, and living one day at a time
enables us to truly enjoy life
and live it to the fullest.
