WE ARE CHRIST'S FRAGRANCE...

The Bible says we are the aroma (fragrance) of Christ. Let's spread that fragrance around!

2 Corinthians 2:15, : For we are to God the aroma of Christ, among those who are being saved and those who are perishing.

Disobedience has costly consequences...

Hi.
Greetings in the matchless name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. How often God commands us to do something very clearly through His Word or we hear good counsel from men of God but refuse to obey or pay heed to it.
In the Old Testament animal sacrifices was practiced, but even then God made it clear, obedience was more important than any sacrifice.
1 SAMUEL 15: 22 But Samuel replied: "Does the LORD delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices as much as in obeying the voice of the LORD? To obey is better than sacrifice, and to heed is better than the fat of rams. "
Disobedience has costly consequences (1 Samuel 13). One act of disobedience by King Saul changed the course of his life, then it was a down hill journey that had a sad ending (1 Samuel 31:3-7). Obedience to God cannot be compromised to please man. Our God says He will show us the way we need to go. People may hate us for obeying God but Jesus too was. Let's discern His voice and ways as we walk through this day.
What God offers us and staying in His will is always better than what may seem good in our eyes. He has our eternity on His mind!
So we are to obey God. When we fail to do what HE wants us to do, we rebel and REBELLION IS SIN.
1 SAMUEL 15: 23 For rebellion is like the sin of divination,
and arrogance like the evil of idolatry. Because you have rejected the word of the LORD,he has rejected you as king."

Rebellion is like the sin of divination (witchcraft) & Arrogance like the evil of idolatry,
"REBELLION" and "ARROGANCE" are serious sin, did you know that?
Saul was rejected as King because of these sins and his Kingdom taken away.
So let us choose to obey God, The Holy Spirit will give us power to obey our heavenly Father and do His will on earth.
Have a blessed day,
YSIC
Julia
