  1) Cover one another back(be accountable)
  2) Never go our after dark
  3) Always be ready to fight .
  (resist temptation forcefully, read Proverbs 5)
  4)Watch what you consume(read, watch,listen), won
  5) Tell your partner your struggle so that he/she can pray for you.
  6) Limit contact when trapped
  7) Never go to your original contamination zone.
  8) Be with equipped people you can trust.
