If we have Jesus in our hearts , He Himself is our peace (Ephesians 2:14). His peace will surpass all our understanding.
Once an artist asked 2 painters to paint a picture of their version of peace.
The 1st painter painted a serene landscape, vey calm surrounding, and everything silent about it..
The 2nd painter painted a stormy scene. A huge waterfall that flowed thundering down the cliffs, near it stood a tree & on it's branches a bird's nest & inside it a small bird was fast asleep.
Yes let's ask God to give us His peace which will keep us restful even in the most troubled situation.
