WE ARE CHRIST'S FRAGRANCE...

The Bible says we are the aroma (fragrance) of Christ. Let's spread that fragrance around!

2 Corinthians 2:15, : For we are to God the aroma of Christ, among those who are being saved and those who are perishing.

There is power in the Blood of Jesus Christ my Lord!

Hi...
How easily we talk about peoples past, when we have not really been a part of their past and not spend time with them, walked with them, talked to them, prayed for them and with them.
Someone said:
"Talking about the forgiven past of God's children diminishes the power of the Blood of Jesus Christ.
It’s like the Blood of Jesus is on trial to see if it has the effectual capacity to actually wash clean as white as snow the confessed sins of someone’s past history."
"Forgive us Lord for judging quickly."
Even to know our Lord better we need to walk with Him and talk to Him on daily basis...
 Micah 6:8
He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.
 Genesis 5:24
"Enoch walked faithfully with God;"
Thank God whoever will be in Heaven because of Christ's finished work on the Cross and not because what what the devil(liar) says about us!
Be blessed..

***********************
A heart warming story:
***********************
One night in a church service a young woman felt the tug of God at her heart.
She responded to God's call and accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior.
The young woman had a very rough past, involving alcohol, drugs, and prostitution.
But, the change in her was evident. As time went on she became a faithful member of the church.
She eventually became involved in the ministry, teaching young children. It was not very long until this faithful young woman had caught the eye and heart of the pastor's son.
The relationship grew and they began to make wedding plans. This is when the problems began.
You see, about one half of the church did not think that a woman with a past such as hers was suitable for a pastor's son.
The church began to argue and fight about the matter.
So they decided to have a meeting.
As the people made their arguments and tensions increased, the meeting was getting completely out of hand.

The young woman became very upset about all the things being brought up about her past.

As she began to cry the pastor's son stood to speak.
He could not bear the pain it was causing his wife to be.

He began to speak and his statement was this:

"My fiancee's past is not what is on trial here.
What you are questioning is the ability of the blood of Jesus to wash away sin.
Today you have put the blood of Jesus on trial.
So, does it wash away sin or not?"

The whole church began to weep as they realized that they had been slandering the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Too often, even as Christians, we bring up the past and use it as a weapon against our brothers and sisters.

Forgiveness is a very foundational part of the Gospelof our Lord Jesus Christ.
If the blood of Jesus does not cleanse the other person completely
then it cannot cleanse us completely.

If that is the case, then we are all in a lot of trouble.
What can wash away my sins?
Nothing but the blood of Jesus! End of case!!!

Psalm 55:23 "Cast thy burden upon the Lord, and he shall sustain theehe shall never suffer the righteous to be moved."

Remember : Jesus Christ's precious shed blood atones for ALL sin!

Paul was a Tent Maker too!

Paul was a full time follower of Jesus Christ His Savior, he was a powerful minister of God's Word and travelled all over, preaching, teaching and discipling.
But he was a tentmaker(Acts 18:1-3) too! He lived off his labor and supported the weak.
Paul writes:
2 Thessalonians 3: 8 "nor did we eat anyone’s bread free of charge, but worked with labor and toil night and day, that we might not be a burden to any of you, 9 not because we do not have authority, but to make ourselves an example of how you should follow us."

Acts 30: 33 I have coveted no one’s silver or gold or apparel. 34 Yes,you yourselves know that these hands have provided for my necessities, and for those who were with me. 35 I have shown you in every way, by laboring like this, that you must support the weak. And remember the words of the Lord Jesus, that He said, ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.'
Let us value the work of our hands, our gifts and talents and follow our Savior and serve Him in all we do and say!
Even if I am a Home Maker I can serve my Lord all times and though the gifts and talents He gave and through writing, praying, encouraging etc.
Let our lives reflect Christ!

Abraham was Herdsman, Joseph was a respected Government Official  Daniel was a politician, David a Shepherd boy and King, Joshua was a War General, Nehemiah was a Cupbearer to a King, Esther being the queen was a  political leader for her people, and Luke was a Doctor.
And still gave their BEST to their Savior being His light in dark places!
The Market place needs Christ the most! Let us be His light wherever He has placed us.
The world is in darkness and God places His Children who are the 'light' and 'salt' in such places, to draw the lost to Him. So, do not shun away from such places!
Our Lord came to just 'seek and save the lost.'
God bless,
Julia

Nobody is beyond God's reach....

No one is beyond God's reach!
Luke 19:10, "For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost."
One may be a stray sheep, a lost coin or a prodigal son, but God still loves those who wandered away, are lost or back-slidden.
No matter how far one has strayed away, He kees searching, hoping, waiting.
He will reach down to the deepest, dirtiest pit to lift up the one who cries out for help.
He will cleanse, heal and restore with His precious Blood and cloth with the garment of Righteousness!
He never keeps record of sins forgiven but sure does say, "Go and sin no more!
That is our God!
Be blessed,
Julia
Ezekiel 34:12, "As a shepherd looks after his scattered flock when he is with them, so will I look after my sheep. I will rescue them from all the places where they were scattered on a day of clouds and darkness."

All that matters is...

All that matters is this...to be a part of this group of uncompromising people, whose eyes are set on the King of Kings and their final destination heaven where their treasures are!
Their reward too awaits them in this place!
Matthew 6:19-20“Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moths and vermin destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moths and vermin do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal."
Philippians 3:14 "I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus."

Our Lord is coming back again!

Acts 1:11"This same Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will so come in like manner as you saw Him go into heaven"
1 Thessalonians 4:16
For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first.

What a blessed HOPE!!!!

What God thinks about us is what matters...

Can someone who has not spent a day with us know us better than God does?
Then whose report will we choose to believe?
God’s for sure!
Let's believe in the One who lives in us.
I choose to believe in the One(Jesus Christ my Lord) who saved me 32 years back!
For He knows me inside out. Nothing is hidden from Him.
He knows my entire past that was spent without Him and He forgave me and remembers it no more!
He has watched my every step after I chose to follow Him and was there to pick me up when I fell.
He never ever left me, He is still working on me, I know the day I see Him I will be like Him!
So it’s what our God says or think that really matters!
He loves each of us with an everlasting love!
Let's walk in the love and fear of the Lord!
Keep serving the King...let NOTHING separate you from His love!

While society writes 'people off',......

We serve an Awesome God.

▒░☆ While society writes 'people off',
Christ writes people 'back in'!
Our God is more concerned on where He wants to take us, than where we have been.
We may have been in the pit but He can take us to the Palace!
Christ's focus is to save even the worst sinner and give them the gift of eternal life.
▒░☆ 1 Timothy 1:15, "Here is a trustworthy saying that deserves full acceptance: Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners—of whom I am the worst."
When we call out to Him from the pit of sin, He will lift us up, cleanse, heal and restore us and make us reflectors of His Glory, Love, Grace and all that is a part of Him.
He is a God of restoration!

Be Blessed,
Julia

Wherever we are God's with us( His children)!

When God leads us through green pastures and by still waters we feel good and refreshed.
♥And sometime God takes us into His shelter.
May feel lonely out there but we are not alone because our God Himself is our hiding place.
This is a place of safety from the enemy and also a place of restoration so that we can come out victorious.
David knew God as his hiding place that is why said:
"You are my hiding place; you will protect me from trouble and surround me with songs of deliverance" Psalm 32:7 (NIV)

Sometimes we are in the midst of a battle, feel we are on the front line but let us not fear, God places us there just because God knows we will overcome our enemy(how ever big it may be), as David faced Goliath and overcame him.
Let's press on rejoice wherever God's placed us, kept us or leading us!
Julia
" After the darkness, the daylight shines through. After the showers, the rainbow's in view. After life's heartaches, there comes from above. The peace and the comfort of God's healing Love."

Our God is Almighty, All Powerful and 100% perfect...

Our God is El-Shaddai, God Almighty, He surely 100% perfect!
He is Bigger and Greater then our finite knowledge and finite plan--
As we grow up to trust in Him more, as our faith grows better every day in Jesus Christ our Lord, we will see the better and bigger plans God has for us!
Then we can lean on Him even when things right now does not look good...!
It sure gets easier with every step forward,,,
but sometime we slip and slid back too but when we have seen what God has for us we will climb back...with a renewed strength!
Our coming back can and will surely give HOPE to those who think "NO HOPE!"
Walk on...!

God is on the move....

God's on the move looking our for people who are waiting on Him and seeking His face.
God is raising up an army of people who are passionately in love with Him, radically changed, filled with the Holy Spirit, move in the gifts of the Spirit, and boldly share the gospel in public places not fearing their lives.
†He is looking for fearlessly bold, passionately holy, physically set-apart, spiritually awake, mentally alert, upfront, and bold people, to go out and raise the dead, find the lost, bring in the back-slidden and resist every work of the evil one.
He is looking for people who will be on fire, those who have the desire to grow stronger and move higher in their faith. God's raising an army with those Satan thought he had destroyed, killed and were left by the wayside!
He is raising up the crushed, the scarred, wounded and the weak. They are rising from the ashes stronger, wiser, and ready to go out into battle once again in the Name of Yahweh-Jesus!
Are we ready to be a part of this army of God?
Good Night,
Julia

Be His Light and Salt!

If you are the child of the Most High God Elohim, the world cannot survive without you because you are the light!
Without light darkness will prevail and cause confusion and destruction.
And you are the salt and preserve this world getting totally corrupt!
Praise be to our Lord and Savior!
Shine on for our Lord!
Have a blessed day!
Julia

There is nothing to compare....

When we compare our temporary circumstances, heart aches, pain, rejection, aches, loss, to what our Lord JESUS CHRIST endured to go to the Cross and on the cross for all of us, there’s nothing to compare!
Praise God our Lord is alive and He understands what we go through and will see us through every trial and pain.
Be blessed,
Julia

KNOW HOW THE APOSTLES DIED?

DO YOU KNOW HOW THE APOSTLES DIED?
1.Matthew  Suffered martyrdom in Ethiopia, killed by a sword wound
2.Mark : Died in Alexandria, Egypt, after being dragged by horses through the streets until he was dead.
3.Luke : Was hanged in Greece as a result of his tremendous preaching to the lost.
4.John: Faced martyrdom when he was boiled in huge basin of boiling oil during a wave of persecution in Rome. However, he was miraculously delivered from death. John was then sentenced to the mines on the prison island of Patmos. He wrote his prophetic Book of Revelation on Patmos. The apostle John was later freed and returned to serve as Bishop of Edessa in modern Turkey. He died as an old man, the only apostle to die peacefully.
5.Peter: He was crucified upside down on an x-shaped cross. According to church tradition it was because he told his tormentors that he felt unworthy to die in the same way that Jesus Christ had died.

6.James: The leader of the church in Jerusalem, was thrown over a hundred feet down from the southeast pinnacle of the Temple when he refused to deny his faith in Christ. When they discovered that he survived the fall, his enemies beat James to death with a fuller's club.
* This was the same pinnacle where Satan had taken Jesus during the Temptation.
7.James the Great: Son of Zebedee, was a fisherman by trade when Jesus called him to a lifetime of ministry. As a strong leader of the church, James was ultimately beheaded at Jerusalem. The Roman officer who guarded James watched amazed as James defended his faith at his trial. Later, the officer walked beside James to the place of execution. Overcome by conviction, he declared his new faith to the judge and knelt beside James to accept beheading as a Christian.

8.Bartholomew:  Also known as Nathaniel Was a missionary to Asia.  He witnessed for our Lord in present day Turkey .
Bartholomew was martyred for his preaching in Armenia where he was flayed to death by a whip.
9.Andrew: Was crucified on an x-shaped cross in Patras, Greece. After being whipped severely by seven soldiers they tied his body to  the cross with cords to prolong his agony. His followers reported that, when he was led toward the cross, Andrew saluted it in these words: 'I have long desired and expected this happy hour. The cross has been consecrated by the body of Christ hanging on it.' He continued to preach to his tormentors for two days until he expired.
10.Thomas: Was stabbed with a spear in India during one of his missionary trips to establish the church in the sub-continent.
11.Jude: Was killed with arrows when he refused to deny his faith in Christ.
12.Matthias: The apostle chosen to replace the traitor Judas Iscariot, was stoned and then beheaded.
13.Paul: Was tortured and then beheaded by the evil Emperor Nero at Rome in A.D. 67.
Paul endured a lengthy imprisonment, which allowed him to write his many epistles to the churches he had formed throughout the Roman Empire. These letters, whic taught many of the foundational doctrines of Christianity, form a large portion of the
New Testament.

Perhaps this is a reminder to us that our sufferings here are indeed minor compared to the intense persecution and cold cruelty faced by the Apostles during their times for the sake of the Faith.
