WE ARE CHRIST'S FRAGRANCE...

The Bible says we are the aroma (fragrance) of Christ. Let's spread that fragrance around!

2 Corinthians 2:15, : For we are to God the aroma of Christ, among those who are being saved and those who are perishing.

Dark clouds

(¯`💗´¯)ღ❄️ღ*🐦* ✫🌸*✽*🐦*❄
🌺 When dark clouds cover the sky and it may look all gloomy around. But, let us not fear the dark clouds that seems to block the light!
*❄ Job 26:9 He covers the face of the full moon, spreading his clouds over it.

🌺 Most of the time these huge, thick, dark clouds are filled with rain water, with God's tender mercies.
*❄ Job 26:8 He wraps up the waters in his clouds, yet the clouds do not burst under their weight.
🌺 His goodness will soon break forth and refresh our land and hearts, bringing life, renewal, fruitfulness!
So let us not fear the ‘temporary’ darkness or gloom caused by the dark clouds. It will pass and the sun will shine again but let us never fail to see God's goodness in the dark clouds!
God bless,
Julia

God's Mighty hands

HE who holds the Universe, holds us in His hands and looks at us His children and says, "See, I have engraved you on the palms of My hands; your walls are ever before me." Isaiah 49:16 So, in midst our pain, loss, trials and all that we see happen around us in this world, it gives us a sense of security! And He keeps His Word. All His promises are "Yes and Amen" in Him! So...as we go to bed tonight, let us rest our head in the pillow of Gods promises, leaving our cares and worries in His mighty hands.
Good Night,
Julia

He will never leave or forsake us...

Deuteronomy 31:6 Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them; for the Lord your God, He is the One who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you.”

Jesus Christ our Lord promised to never leave or forsake and He keeps His Word to His own. There are times our heart may be heavy, we may feel weak to move on but then you will hear that voice within say "Have faith and I'll carry you again".
When the going gets tough, let us call out to Him, He will come and give us hope and strength to move on!

Good Night!

God loves to work on a broken vessel

We who know Christ were all sinners, broken vessels but He saved us by Grace and made us new!
2 Corinthians 5:17 "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!"
In our Spiritual walk we stumble, fail, fall but every time we do if we call out to Him, He will pick us up and help us move forward! And we need to thank God for our family, brothers, sisters in Christ who pray us through our weak moments.
HE IS PERFECTING US DAY BY DAY, MENDING US, REFINING US.
1 Thessalonians 5: 23 "Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely; and may your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. 24 He who calls you is faithful, who also will do it."
He's moulding and making us into a beautiful vessel of His choice.
He'll refine us in fire. He keep working on us so that the day we see Him, we will be like Him.
1 John 3:2 "Beloved, now we are children of God; and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but we know that when He is revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is."
LET US BE YIELDED VESSEL IN HIS HANDS.
He is The Master Potter, we the clay.
"What the enemy has in his possession he scars because his only agenda is to steal, kill and destroy. But when possession change hands to the Master Potter, Jesus Christ gives a total make over. He knows how to use scarred people. When He gives a make over people will say, "Wow! What happened to you? Who did this to you?"_
Heard Pastor Jentezen Franklin say this on TV.
Be blessed,
Julia

What you meant for evil, God meant for good!

The 'devil' has just one agenda against God's children, "To steal, Kill and destroy" John 10:10 But one day we sure can look at him and say as Joseph said in Genesis 50:20. "But as for you, you meant evil against me; but God meant it for good, in order to bring it about as it is this day, to save many people alive." We sometimes don't understand why our struggles are unending but need to trust God, as sure Joseph must have held on to God and His promises through his long years of pain, trials and testing. God will come through and lift our heads up! Let us hold on! God is preparing our miracle, breakthrough!
Have a blessed day!

His Grace is sufficient for us!

Paul writes in
2 Corinthians 12:9
" And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me."

Yes! His Grace is always sufficient for us!
His power in us will strengthen us in our weakness.
What is impossible to us is possible to Him!
God will come through for us...
He will lift us when we fall,
He will make every crooked path straight,
He will not let us suffer more than we can bear...
Soon, very soon, He will raise us up as He is the Glory and the Lifter of our heads!
We may be broken but He will restore us!
It is said, that when a bone is broken and then heals, that previously broken place becomes the strongest part of the bone. What an amazing thing!
His strength is made perfect through our weakness!
He works all things for our good!
May the peace that passeth all understanding of our Lord Jesus Christ be our portion!

Good Night...

Never be ashamed of the scars

Why be ashamed of the scars life has left, if GOD HAS HEALED IT?
God does Heals and God Restores!
Shame is of the past, it is over!
Our Lord Jesus Christ carried every sin an shame on the cross!
Romans 10:11 For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame.”
He honors those who turn to Him in repentance.
Isaiah 61:7 "Instead of your shame you shall have double honor..."
Glory be to our Lord!

Is anything impossible for God?

Is anything too hard for our Lord?
We may be waiting for our Miracle, breakthrough, healing, deliverance, life partner, a specific blessing for a long time.
Delay is not denial.
Silence does not mean our God has not heard us.
He is working behind the scene, He is preparing a miracle, getting ready to make the impossible possible.
He will come and rescue us, redeem us.
We may have experienced and seen material, spiritual and physical miracles in the past and will keep seeing many.
Today are we in need of a material blessing like, buying a new home/land/car or awaiting a financial breakthrough (an unexpected business venture/a salary raise) or a promotion?
Has this wait been endless and long?
I just want to encourage myself and others by saying, "What seems impossible to us, is possible to our Lord."
Matthew 19:26 Jesus looked at them and said, "With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible."
Are we standing in a place facing an impossible situation?
What we need is out of our reach?
But the Lord brings us to a point where we see no way of provision so that we can look up to Him, for He is the source of our help.
Psalm 121: 1 "I lift up my eyes to the hills—where does my help come from? 2 My help comes from the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth."
So today if we are facing an impossible situation, can we look up to our Lord?
If He could send ravens to feed Elijah, won't He provide us with what we need?
Be Blessed,

Julia

Hold on and let the storm pass by...

Though we may be in midst of the most fierce storm, we will make it through, because God is with us and He is our strength! And He will never ever leave us alone, so let us praise Him, through the storm, through the night, knowing this too will pass! Seasons will change, weather will clear up and day light will break! Let us never ever give up!! Have a blessed day!! Julia

Miracles Happen....

Someone said," Don’t worry, the fog will lift."
That's true, so do not lose hope! The night will end, deserts will bloom.
Let us wait for our Miracle, it will happen soon!
Isaiah 35:1 [The Future Glory of Zion ] "The wilderness and the wasteland shall be glad for them,And the desert shall rejoice and blossom as the rose."

Do it today

Let us not put off for tomorrow what we need to do today. A job not done, putting off visit to see an ailing loved one, a missed call from someone on the edge we did not call back, a prayer not whispered, a quote or application not sent out may cost us or someone a lot.
It may cost us a deal, a job, a miracle, a loved one or just anything important!
Opportunities sure always don't wait for us...
No wonder God's Word says..
Hebrews 3:15 “Today, if you hear his voice, do not harden your hearts as you did in the rebellion.”
Hebrews 3:13 "But encourage one another daily, as long as it is called “Today,”
Someone said...
"Opportunities are like morning dew. To catch one, you have wake up early while the world is busy sleeping."
Let us not to miss any opportunity today to act, send, visit, bless, call, pray etc...if we miss it, it will dry up like the dew we see in the morning and soon gone!
Be blessed,
Julia

God sees, He hears..

Our tears, pain, suffering never goes unnoticed by our God. People may fail to notice our tear, feel our pain, understand our suffering but God sure does!
Even our slightest sigh He notices and He keeps a record of every single, genuine tear drop!
When we are in any helpless, desperate situation, let us continue to hope in the Lord.
He will come and rescue, heal, redeem us!
His very presence is all we need!
"The Lord will not reject forever, fot if He cause grief, Then He will have compassion, according to His lovingkindness."-Lamentations 3:31-32
Have a blessed day,
Julia

Shine through the dark...

Good morning!

No matter how dark, grim, diffficult, confusing, the situation around is we can choose to be strong, rejoice and be glad.
Let us shine on this day, our very presence in this dark world can make a difference not because of who we are but because of Who we belong to!
May Jesus Christ our Lord shine through us!
Have a blessed day,
Julia

Arise and shine!

Have we slowed down, bent low because of the cares of this world?
God's sounding the clarion call, "Awake O sleeper! Arise."
Are we ready to be a part of God's end-time army?
Let's not allow the enemy mess with us any more.
Our one and only enemy goes around the world 'like' a roaring lion seeking his next victim to devour.
Our one and only enemy is on the prowl to steal, kill and destroy,
He has nothing good in mind...
This sure is not a news that brings us joy...!
But we still have every reason to rejoice!
Because....however bad the enemy makes our situation looks like, know that God is surely 100% perfect!!!
He will perfect and restore, bind and heal!
Let us arise and shine...

Nobody is beyond God's reach....

No one is beyond God's reach!
Luke 19:10, "For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost."
One may be a stray sheep, a lost coin or a prodigal son, but God still loves those who wandered away, are lost or back-slidden.
No matter how far one has strayed away, He kees searching, hoping, waiting.
He will reach down to the deepest, dirtiest pit to lift up the one who cries out for help.
He will cleanse, heal and restore with His precious Blood and cloth with the garment of Righteousness!
He never keeps record of sins forgiven but sure does say, "Go and sin no more!
That is our God!
Be blessed,
Julia
Ezekiel 34:12, "As a shepherd looks after his scattered flock when he is with them, so will I look after my sheep. I will rescue them from all the places where they were scattered on a day of clouds and darkness."

God is more than enough...

Our Lord Jesus Christ proves to be the Bestest Friend we ever had, The Most Loving Father when we are in the most difficult place, and when many will walk away and pretend not to see, God will stay by us no matter what because He is a Promise Keeper!
When He said He will never leave or forsake us His children, He meant it!
He is more than enough!
Be blessed knowing Him and having Him by your side!

Looking ahead...

David Moore(1779-1852) said, "Earth has no sorrow that heaven cannot heal."
As we begin our walk through this day, let us look to God's Word for comfort, and may the voice ofthe Holy Spirit be our source of encouragement.
God's Word says, "Weeping may endure for a night but joy comes in the morning."(Psalm 30:5)
Better things are coming down our way, just because we don't see it right now, let us not quit.
God's tomorrow for us is beautiful, His future for us is a better place, let us press on.
"There shall be no more death, nor sorrow nor crying"(Revelation21:4)
Have a blessed day,
Julia

Hold on....

It is easy to trust God when all is well, but when situations around press us down and forces us to call it quits is when we need to hold on to God as never before! He never fails!
We serve a Mighty God!
He will breakthrough your situation, just hold on.
Hope this encourages you...
Does your doctors report say the worst? Trust in Jehovah Rapha, whose Word gives you hope to believe for the best!
When the enemy screams "It is over", Jehovah Shalom says," Be at peace Greater things are yet to come."
When you stand at a place and think, "It is all over", El Shaddai says, "See I am Almighty, I am going to do something new..."
When you don't have anything and still have you lay food at the table, look up to Jehovah Jireh, He will provide!
He is Elhoim!
Be blessed!

Our Trial has a purpose!

Sometimes we think that believing in God will shield us from calamity, loss, pain and when we go thro' such times we question God's goodness, His justice and cry out to God like David, "For You are the God of my strength, why have You rejected me? Why have you forgotten me?"(Psalm 43:2/Psalm 42:9).
But though David's soul was in despair and he was disturbed, he chose to hope in God! He knew God will lift him up!
When Job lost everything dear to him and was brought to the ground, he did not curse God.
Someone said,"When we have nothing left but God, God is more than enough!"
Job and David knew their God will not test them beyond what they could bear.
What would we do when and where would we stand if everything that we held on to was slowly taken away?
Would we still praise God?
Be joyful?
Be at peace?
Let us choose to trust God thro' the most difficult times, in the darkness so that we can rejoice at the victory the dawn will bring!
Hold on ....

Being "STILL"

When we are in midst of the most toughest battle or in a place where there seems to be no way or sit in darkness where there seems to be no ray if hope, and God says, "BE STILL", that's the most difficult thing to do!
We may feel like it is the end, loose all hope and in desperation cry to God and He says, "BE STILL".
"Being still" may be the hardest thing to do at that point but God just wants us to be still so that He can fight our battle and we may know He is God!
Being still means being still!
It means to stop striving, stop complaining, stop murmuring, stop wondering, stop crying and just being still in complete faith in the ONE WHO ASKED US TO BE STILL!
Psalm 46:10,"Be still and know that I am God."
Let us hold on to God's promises for us and stand firm on His Word and be still.
