2015 may have been a very difficult one for some of us. It sure was for us.

But it is God's grace we stand this day facing a new year and hoping and praying our desert walk will end and we will walk into green pastures!

This difficult season too will pass and our desert will bloom again.

And..

God did not promise....

A life free of pain,

Skies always blue,

Pathway strewn with flowers,

A bed of roses,

Only sunshine with no rain,

Only joy and not sorrows,

No heart breaking incident...

But He has promised.....

Grace for the trials,

Light for the way,

Strength when we are weak,

A lift when we fall,

His undying love,

His presence with us at all time!

To mend a broken heart..

This gives us the courage to keep walking this narrow, difficult path...

May Grace and Peace of our Lord Jesus Christ be multiplied on each of you.

God Bless you all and thanks to our friends, family and Church family that prayed with us, encouraged us, blessed us in so many ways!

 We praise God for our desert and valley walks too!

It has molded us, humbled us, renewed us, strengthened us, made us wiser and given much more!

Power of verbal blessing...

Blessing each other is a forgotten art.
A blessing as defined by Webster's is, “The utterance of a wish, request or direction that good should follow, pronounced over a person or an object, or the benefit which follows such utterances.”
Throughout the Bible we read about the power of verbal blessings.
But this is something that's hardly seen today.
Bill Gothard writes,"A verbal blessing is made up of three powerful forces: our words, God's Word, and God's name. The power of our words alone is affirmed by the Scripture that states, “Death and life are in the power of the tongue” (Proverbs 18:21)."

In the Bible we see fathers speaking blessing over their children. Let's bless our children and see things established in their lives. I was blessed to read this article be blessed too!

but means much more...
It means that the Lord with His gracious hands,
give you and your family more than what I've prayed for.

Thank You Lord..for blessing me with a loving family, Church family, loved ones, friends, brothers and sisters.

even once whispered a prayer for me, encouraged me, blessed me, made me smile, understood me, believed in me, stood by me no matter what.
*•..¸✿ Thank you Lord for people who corrected me when I was wrong and showed the right path when I wandered away,
*•..¸✿ Thank you Lord my for family (My hubby and children and parents and sisters), friends, and loved ones who helped me when I stumbles, picked me up when I fell, loved me as I am, who understood I'm not perfect as yet but am walking towards perfection with Your help O Lord.
