WE ARE CHRIST'S FRAGRANCE...

The Bible says we are the aroma (fragrance) of Christ. Let's spread that fragrance around!

2 Corinthians 2:15, : For we are to God the aroma of Christ, among those who are being saved and those who are perishing.

The Road may be Narrow..but...

Hi ..

The road we walk is narrow and has rocks and thorns that hurt our feet and stumbling blocks that slow us down. Sometimes we pass through deserts where the heat is real bad, face storms that batter us but if we have Jesus Christ our Lord in our hearts we don't walk this path alone.
Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ who died to save us, has promised He'll never leave or forsake us.
He never promised the walk would be easy.
He said we will face troubles.
John 16:33 "In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world."

There may be times we may fall, slip, back-slide, but the moment we call out to our Redeemer, He will pick us up right from where we are and when we ask forgiveness for our sin that caused our fall, He won't shake His finger at us & say " You've sinned so you can't carry on" and cast us out.
He won't look at our condition and accuse us.
But with compassion will brush off the dust (sin) and make us stand firm, look past the sin that caused our fall, at our repentant heart and will look at us and say, "I love you and I died to save you, it doesn't matter what people say...MY BLOOD IS POWERFUL ENOUGH TO WASH YOUR SIN AWAY."
So let's not judge our fellow brethren who fall, slip or back slide but pray for them & help them stand.
Let's not be quick to judge things by what we see and hear. If you have doubt's a fellow sister/ brother is doing something wrong it's very important we find out the exact truth...!
For our eyes & ears may deceive us...!
Prov 25:7b and 8a it's said.."....what you've seen with your eyes do not bring hastily to court....."

When a woman caught in adultery was brought to Him(JOHN 8:1-11)
1) He didn't condemn or accuse her. He loved her though' He hated the sin she was involved in. He asked her accusers ...
" If anyone of you is without sin let him be the first to throw the stone at her."
2) Jesus without condemning her, just by showing His love unhooked her of her past. She no longer was a prostitute!
We too got to forgive & release people of their past. When Jesus forgives He immediately forgets & let's that person follow Him.
3)He gave her back her lost dignity.
He accusers called her a prostitute but Jesus forgave, forgot & calls her 'Woman'
(vs. 10). "Woman where are they? Has no one condemned you? Then neither do I condemn you. Go now & sin no more."
We need to be imitators of Jesus!
We need to have the Father's heart!
Let's keep our eyes focused on JESUS and walk this narrow way. Let not the hardships we encounter hold us back.
Let's always remember that this narrow road leads to God's beautiful garden....!
So come on, let's keep moving ahead.
I'm glad so many of you walk with me this narrow path and I'm not alone.
We help each other, pray for each other, when a fellow traveler is weary we encourage him/her, we lift him/her up, when they need a helping hand.
That's why God loves fellowship and He knows we need each other.
And the Holy spirit guides and leads each of us! His angels guard over us!

Thanks to family, friends, brothers and sisters who have and are a blessing to me as I walk this narrow path.

Every King was once....

Every King was once a baby,

Every great structure once a blue print,

It's not important where you are today but..

Where you will reach and what you will be that

counts.!

"But you are a chosen people, a royal

priesthood,

a holy nation, a people belonging to God, that you

may declare the praises of him who called you out

of darkness into his wonderful light." (1 Peter 2:9)

Be blessed,

Julia

Intercession (Album)

We need to pray and intercede as never before.
God's looking for people who'll stand in the gap & pray till they see an answer.

EZEKIEL 22:30,"I looked for a man among them who would build up the wall and stand before me in the gap on behalf of the land so I would not have to destroy it, but I found none."

ISAIAH 62:6 I have posted watchmen on your walls, O Jerusalem;
they will never be silent day or night.
You who call on the LORD,
give yourselves no rest,
7 and give him no rest till he establishes Jerusalem
and makes her the praise of the earth.

Let's pray at all times for all things...
Let's humble ourselves and pray.

2 Chronicles 14 if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.
Let's also Fast & Pray..
Ezra 8:23, " So we fasted and petitioned our God about this, and he answered our prayer."

~~" Our greatest need today in men & women who can rattle the chandeliers in Heaven & shake the gates of hell through mighty Spiritual warfare."~~
JAMES 5:16 The effectual fervent prayer of righteous man availeth much.
Let's pray & intercede~~

Jesus Christ my Lord...I decide to live.....

Dear Lord Jesus Christ...
Can I talk a while to You O Lord.....
Every time I listen to the song below I am so overwhelmed by Your love
You know how messed up, lost and self-righteous I was before I knew You O Lord.
But You found me picked me up, wiped the dirt off me & cleansed me with Your precious Blood of all my sin.
O how I thank You Lord for that day you found me......!
You are the Redeemer of my soul.
O how my heart sings out to You for Your great Mercy & Grace that saved a wretch like me.

O my Lord Jesus...today as I look back at these years I've been following you..
There have been times, I slipped, I fell, I back slid & went astray.
But You were always faithful & came to lift me up when I called out to you.
You picked me up, forgave me & helped me walk again.
O thank you Lord for always being there to show me the way.
Dear Lord Jesus...I need your help again...
Today I  decide to live a life that will shout your fame.

Lord help me to reflect you in my daily walk, in all that I do say.
Let me decrease & You increase in me O Lord.
Let me be a channel through which your love flows Lord.
I need the help of Your Holy Spirit every moment to lead and guide me.
Thank You Lord...
Saved by Your grace...
Julia

If a drop of rain..

Hi.....
Noticed this...?

If a drop of rain falls on a lake or a puddle or stream..it mixes with it and looses it's identity...right?
But..if it falls on a lotus leaf or lotus......it shines, it stands out!!
This made me think....
The water drop is the same, but it's company makes a difference!
Let's stand out and shine for JESUS and in these last days. The world has to recognize who we are connected to.
We may be weak, helpless but when on CHRIST THE SOLID ROCK WE STAND, all that's HIS IS OURS. HE BECOMES OUR STRENGTH, HE TAKES OVER & NOW IT'S NOT US BUT CHRIST WHO LIVES IN US!!!
When our life is build on the rock, nothing will move us. We can stand up as strong witnesses for JESUS in this dark world.
Matthew 7:24 "Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. 25The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock.
Let people take note of who we believe in!!
Let our lives reflect our HEAVENLY FATHER'S LOVE to people those who need to know HIM.
Be Blessed!
Good Night...

Be silent in HIS presence..

Hi..
I just heard this song "In the silence" by Jason Upton and was so...blessed..
Tired of telling you, you have me
When I know you really don't
Tired of telling you I'll follow
When I know I really won't
Cause I'd rather stand here speechless
With no great words to say
If my silence is more truthful
And my ears can hear how to walk in your way

In the silence
You are speaking
In the quiet I can feel the fire
And it's burning, burning deeply
Burning all it is that you desire to be silent, in me

Oh Jesus can you hear me?
My soul is screaming out
And my broken will cries teach me
What your Kingdom's all about
Unite my heart to fear you,
To fear you're holy name
And create a life of worship
In the spirit and truth of your loving ways
This is such a nice song..it ministers to the soul.
~PSALM 46:10 says, "Be still and know that I am God."
~ISAIAH 41:1, "Be silent before me, you islands!
let the Nations renew their strength!...."
There are times we need to talk to God, sing praises to HIM and worship HIM but there are times we need to be silent in HIS presence.
Sometimes we just do all the talking and don't wait to hear God. We quickly read through the BIBLE but don't really meditate on HIS WORD, so that God's Word can minister to us.
Well our God loves to hear us talk bt HE also expects us to be quiet in HIS presence. It's then He will minister to us and our strength is renewed.
ISAIAH 40:31, " But those who hope(wait) in the Lord will renew their strength.
They will soar on wings like Eagles, they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint."
Even the strongest spiritual people get tired in this spiritual walk but God's power and strength never fails. He's never too tired or too busy to help us, listen to us and renew and revive our strength.
Waiting on God is trusting on HIM and being still and be willing to hear HIM speak.
Let's learn to wait and be still in God Almighty's presence. Let's honor His presence, His power and majesty!
Take out 1-3 days, fast and wait in HIS presence and find your body, soul spirit refreshed.
PROVERBS 8:34, "Blessed is the man who listens to me."
Good Night
YSIC,
Julia

Do not be afraid to stand alone....

Hi.....
Always remember even if you stand alone and GOD IS ON YOUR SIDE, "YOU ARE ON THE MAJORITY!"
So don't be afraid to stand alone in dark places to BE THE LIGHT GOD'S CALLED YOU TO BE.
GOD WILL NEVER LEAVE YOU ALONE!!!!
Remember this passage in 1 Kings chapter 18?
Here Jezebel had destroyed nearly all the prophets of God. Elijah thought he was the only prophet of God to be alive but Obediah had been faithful in hiding a 100 prophets in caves.
1 Kings 18:4 While Jezebel was killing off the LORD's prophets, Obadiah had taken a hundred prophets and hidden them in two caves, fifty in each, and had supplied them with food and water.
Elijah was the only prophet to stand against 450 prophets of Baal and the 400 prophets of Asherah!
1 KINGS 18:18 "I have not made trouble for Israel," Elijah replied. "But you and your father's family have. You have abandoned the LORD's commands and have followed the Baals. 19 Now summon the people from all over Israel to meet me on Mount Carmel. And bring the four hundred and fifty prophets of Baal and the four hundred prophets of Asherah, who eat at Jezebel's table."
20 So Ahab sent word throughout all Israel and assembled the prophets on Mount Carmel. 21 Elijah went before the people and said, "How long will you waver between two opinions? If the LORD is God, follow him; but if Baal is God, follow him."       But the people said nothing.
22 Then Elijah said to them, "I am the only one of the LORD's prophets left, but Baal has four hundred and fifty prophets. 23 Get two bulls for us. Let them choose one for themselves, and let them cut it into pieces and put it on the wood but not set fire to it. I will prepare the other bull and put it on the wood but not set fire to it. 24 Then you call on the name of your god, and I will call on the name of the LORD. The god who answers by fire—he is God."
Then all the people said, "What you say is good."
25 Elijah said to the prophets of Baal, "Choose one of the bulls and prepare it first, since there are so many of you. Call on the name of your god, but do not light the fire." 26 So they took the bull given them and prepared it.
Then they called on the name of Baal from morning till noon. "O Baal, answer us!" they shouted. But there was no response; no one answered. And they danced around the altar they had made.
27 At noon Elijah began to taunt them. "Shout louder!" he said. "Surely he is a god! Perhaps he is deep in thought, or busy, or traveling. Maybe he is sleeping and must be awakened." 28 So they shouted louder and slashed themselves with swords and spears, as was their custom, until their blood flowed. 29 Midday passed, and they continued their frantic prophesying until the time for the evening sacrifice. But there was no response, no one answered, no one paid attention.
30 Then Elijah said to all the people, "Come here to me." They came to him, and he repaired the altar of the LORD, which was in ruins. 31 Elijah took twelve stones, one for each of the tribes descended from Jacob, to whom the word of the LORD had come, saying, "Your name shall be Israel." 32 With the stones he built an altar in the name of the LORD, and he dug a trench around it large enough to hold two seahs [a] of seed. 33 He arranged the wood, cut the bull into pieces and laid it on the wood. Then he said to them, "Fill four large jars with water and pour it on the offering and on the wood."
34 "Do it again," he said, and they did it again.
"Do it a third time," he ordered, and they did it the third time. 35 The water ran down around the altar and even filled the trench.
36 At the time of sacrifice, the prophet Elijah stepped forward and prayed: "O LORD, God of Abraham, Isaac and Israel, let it be known today that you are God in Israel and that I am your servant and have done all these things at your command. 37 Answer me, O LORD, answer me, so these people will know that you, O LORD, are God, and that you are turning their hearts back again."
38 Then the fire of the LORD fell and burned up the sacrifice, the wood, the stones and the soil, and also licked up the water in the trench.
39 When all the people saw this, they fell prostrate and cried, "The LORD -he is God! The LORD -he is God!"
So we see that although the prophets of Baal raved all afternoon, no one answered them.
But when Elijah the prophet of the most HIGH God prayed (verse 36, 37) God flashed fire from Heaven.
Even today God shows up when HIS CHILDREN TAKE A BOLD STAND.
The proof of HIS PRESENCE MAY NOT BE DRAMATIC as in here but God definitely comes to help!
Let's not be afraid to stand alone against the powers of darkness. WITH OUR GOD ON OUR SIDE WE ARE ALWAYS ON THE MAJORITY!!!!
HE WILL NEVER EVER LEAVE US!!!!
Be encouraged in the Lord,
Julia
