It's June! Have a blessed month!

Hi..

Another month gone by & we stand at the threshold of a new month!

The last 5 months may have been really good for some, Praise God for that!

But...for some the struggles, battles continued and deliverance seems far of...

Some of us have been in the verge of giving up on our dreams and hope...

Some of us have spent hours in prayer and the enemy's onslaught seems to continue...

Some of us are too tired and weary, our hearts are sore...

BUT TODAY AS WE STAND FACING A NEW YEAR, LET US CHOOSE TO DECLARE:

"We shall not lose heart. We are confident that the One who reigns Supreme and sits upon the Throne (Jesus Christ our Lord) will eventually conquer and help us overcome.

We will press on until our deliverance comes from our Lord..

He is the Glory and the Lifter of our head!"

Let us call forth the things that are not...as though they were.

Let us proclaim the WORD OF GOD over and into our life and those around us and over every situation we face! THE TRUTH IN THE SCRIPTURE IS THE ABSOLUTE TRUTH! No enemy or demon can mess with that!

If our visions are clear and in alignment with God's Word, our virtues are right victory is certain.

As we walk through this month, may God help us to be the "salt" & light!

Never get too busy...

Lord Let us Never get so busy making a living/ doing our daily work around the house.

That we forget to make a life

Help us enjoy the little things that pass our way today,

A smile of a child, the birds sing, a butterfly's flutter, leaves sway in the breeze.. the beauty of your creation all around us,

Love you Lord Jesus Christ...

God Bless all of my family, my extended family, church family, friends, brothers, sisters and us here!

He rules over the surging sea!

Job 9:8
 He alone stretches out the heavens and treads on the waves of the sea.

O Lord...Creator of all things...You are the Lord who rules over the surging sea and Your word stills them too!

You rule over the surging sea; when its waves mount up, you still them.
Jeremiah 5:22
Should you not fear me?" declares the LORD. "Should you not tremble in my presence? I made the sand a boundary for the sea, an everlasting barrier it cannot cross. The waves may roll, but they cannot prevail; they may roar, but they cannot cross it.

This is what the LORD says, he who appoints the sun to shine by day, who decrees the moon and stars to shine by night, who stirs up the sea so that its waves roar— the LORD Almighty is his name:

Life is God's gift!

Life is short!  Psalm 39:4, "Lord remind me how brief my time on earth will be, remind me my days are numbered and my life is fleeing away." Let us spend quality time with our family. Let's give our best to them. Let's cherish our moments with people we love and care. For tomorrow these may be our or their treasured memories. Let us live for our Lord and serve Him in little ways we can and be a channel of His love! Let us do all we can the people in our lives. Let's give the best in the jobs we do. Every second God adds to our life is a gift! Let us not waste this life that will soon be gone as a mist!

My Faith Hope and Trust in in you O Lord..

"God's love for us is not a love that always exempts us from trials, but rather, a love that always sees us through trials."

Lord help us to be content and at peace in every situation of life. We do face trials, testings, persecution but sure not like what Apostle Paul faced and yet he wrote,

"I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want. I can do everything through him who gives me strength."

(Philippians 4:12,13)

What ever we go through in this life let us never lose our faith, hope and trust in the One who gave His life to save us! If we are His children and keep walking His way, all things will work together for our good in the end!

Romans 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.

" But as for me, I will always have hope; I will praise you more and more."(Psalm 71:14)

God's plan for us...

"Many plans are in a man's mind, but it is the Lord's purpose for him that will stand." ( Proverbs 19: 21)

♥ Each of us make great plans for our future but God's purpose and destiny for us will last through all eternity. Let us not be upset, loose Hope, when our plans fail, if we are God's children He has something better in store for us because He looks at things with eternity in mind!

♥ Sometimes God makes radical changes not to harm us but to stop us from being harmed!

♥ Sometimes He changes the path we walk because He sees much ahead of us and knows that way would lead to our destruction.

So let us yield to His plans for He has THE BEST for us!

Unable to sleep at night?

Unable to sleep at night?

Restless?

Burdened?

Counting sheep doesn't help?

Then the best thing we can do is, pray!

We can start praying for people,nations, situations God brings to our mind.

Let us be available to pray at all times for all things and not ignore the nudging of the Holy Spirit.

There sure is a thin line between giving up and going on, that thin line can be a whisper of prayer by someone for someone on the verge of giving up.

Let's pray for that someone God lays in our hearts tonight.

May be the person on our mind is in the midst of a storm or warfare or in pain or the nation that comes to our mind is in turmoil.

Let us pray till we feel peace within.

He will never leave or forsake us...

Deuteronomy 31:6 Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them; for the Lord your God, He is the One who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you.”

Jesus Christ our Lord promised to never leave or forsake and He keeps His Word to His own. There are times our heart may be heavy, we may feel weak to move on but then you will hear that voice within say "Have faith and I'll carry you again". 

When the going gets tough, let us call out to Him, He will come and give us hope and strength to move on!

May our hearts be moved with compassion and love...

Who were the Pharisees? The Pharisees were a very strict Jewish religious sect, often mentioned in the New Testament, who tried to apply the Torah (Jewish Law) and their own law and traditions to everyday life. They commanded much respect and exercised a great deal of power over the common people but were often condemned by Jesus Christ our Lord. The ‪Pharisees knew the law and rules of The Book well, seen Jesus Christ do miracles, heard Him preach but failed to see or know The Savior! The ‪Pharisees‬ kept the law to the dot and couldn't see beyond beyond law technicalities. When Jesus walked this earth, He ate with sinners. Matthew 9:10 While Jesus was having dinner at Matthew's house, many tax collectors and "sinners" came and ate with him and his disciples. 11 When the Pharisees saw this, they asked his disciples, "Why does your teacher eat with tax collectors and 'sinners'?" 12 On hearing this, Jesus said, "It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. 13 But go and learn what this means: 'I desire mercy, not sacrifice.' For I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners." The Pharisees had no room for love, compassion nor were needs of people important to them. But ‪‎Jesus Christ looked beyond that at the need of the people. His heart was moved with compassion. Matthew 12:1 At that time Jesus went through the grain fields on the Sabbath. And His disciples were hungry, and began to pluck heads of grain and to eat. 2 And when the Pharisees saw it, they said to Him, “Look, Your disciples are doing what is not lawful to do on the Sabbath!” 3 But He said to them, “Have you not read what David did when he was hungry, he and those who were with him: 4 how he entered the house of God and ate the showbread which was not lawful for him to eat, nor for those who were with him, but only for the priests? 5 Or have you not read in the law that on the Sabbath the priests in the temple profane the Sabbath, and are blameless? 6 Yet I say to you that in this place there is One greater than the temple. 7 But if you had known what this means, ‘I desire mercy and not sacrifice,’ you would not have condemned the guiltless. 8 For the Son of Man is Lord even of the Sabbath.” 9 Now when He had departed from there, He went into their synagogue. 10 And behold, there was a man who had a withered hand. And they asked Him, saying, “Is it lawful to heal on the Sabbath?”—that they might accuse Him. 11 Then He said to them, “What man is there among you who has one sheep, and if it falls into a pit on the Sabbath, will not lay hold of it and lift it out? 12 Of how much more value then is a man than a sheep? Therefore it is lawful to do good on the Sabbath.” 13 Then He said to the man, “Stretch out your hand.” And he stretched it out, and it was restored as whole as the other. 14 Then the Pharisees went out and plotted against Him, how they might destroy Him. 2015 may have been a very difficult one for some of us. It sure was for us.

But it is God's grace we stand this day facing a new year and hoping and praying our desert walk will end and we will walk into green pastures!

This difficult season too will pass and our desert will bloom again.

And..

God did not promise....

A life free of pain,

Skies always blue,

Pathway strewn with flowers,

A bed of roses,

Only sunshine with no rain,

Only joy and not sorrows,

No heart breaking incident...

But He has promised.....

Grace for the trials,

Light for the way,

Strength when we are weak,

A lift when we fall,

His undying love,

His presence with us at all time!

To mend a broken heart..

This gives us the courage to keep walking this narrow, difficult path...

May Grace and Peace of our Lord Jesus Christ be multiplied on each of you.

God Bless you all and thanks to our friends, family and Church family that prayed with us, encouraged us, blessed us in so many ways!

 We praise God for our desert and valley walks too!

It has molded us, humbled us, renewed us, strengthened us, made us wiser and given much more!

Looking ahead at 2016 with Hope!

Our desert will bloom and dry land watered...

Habakkuk 3:17 Though the fig tree may not blossom,

Nor fruit be on the vines;

Though the labor of the olive may fail,

And the fields yield no food;

Though the flock may be cut off from the fold,

And there be no herd in the stalls—

18 Yet I will rejoice in the LORD,

I will joy in the God of my salvation.

19 The LORD God [c] is my strength;

He will make my feet like deer’s feet,And He will make me walk on my high hills.

When God allows us to pass through testing times we should know we'll come out stronger and better.Let's learn to walk through the desert praising God. 

 Soon the dry deserts in our lives too will bloom.

God permits these desert walk so that we learn to cope with pain, rejection, misunderstanding, loss, death etc. 

When we faithfully endure, in due season God will make our deserts bloom. 

Let's serve God regardless of our circumstance. May be nothing is going as planned but let's remember God has good plans for each one of us His children.

Let's praise God at all times..even in our dry seasons.

Has the going been tough for some of us?

God's Word says..

 " We know that all things work together for the good of those who love God: those who are called according to His purpose." Romans 8:28

Study The Word of God!

Good Morning!

Ignorance of God's Word makes us confused, double minded, keeps us in darkness and weakens us!

It is better we search ‪God's Word‬ prayerfully to know God's thoughts on any matter, than search on Google which will only leave us confused!

God's Word says,

2 Timothy 2:15 Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

We may read God's Word daily but when was the last time we sat down to study and search the Word of God?

Hebrews 4:12 "For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and discerns the thoughts and intents of the heart."

If we do not seek and search, how will we find and know the truth?

Only when we study His Word we can discern right from wrong and know what is acceptable to the Lord. May we too daily take time to search God's Word to find out what God has to say and not believe all the different teachings we hear on TV, read on the net etc.

The Bereans not only received the word in all readiness but they also searched the scriptures to confirm if the things they heard preached were true!

In ancient times, the Bereans were the inhabitants of the city of Berea, also known in the Bible as Beroea, and now known as Veria in what is today Greek Macedonia, northern Greece.

Acts 17:10 "Then the brethren immediately sent Paul and Silas away by night to Berea. When they arrived, they went into the synagogue of the Jews. 11 These were more fair-minded than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness, and searched the Scriptures daily to find out whether these."

What is it, though, that made the Bereans so special? The Bereans did not blindly believe but examined what they heard by comparing it to the Old Testament Scriptures. The fact that they honestly listened and conducted further personal research led many Bereans to faith in Jesus as the Messiah. They are a positive example of how a person has to respond to biblical teaching.

May we not blindly believe all we hear and read and form our opinion of Yahweh and His Word! Let us ourselves Read His Word and get to know Him and His Will.

MAKE YOUR PRESENCE KNOWN BEFORE ALL THE WORLD AND BEFORE MAN. SHINE WITH THE LIGHT EMBEDDED WITHIN YOU AND GRACED BY GOD HIMSELF. MOVE MOUNTAINS AND MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN THIS WORLD. GOD HAS HIS HANDS ON YOU AND WANTS NOTHING MORE THAN YOUR ALLEGIANCE, HONOR, AND PRAISE. THIS IS YOUR TIME, A TIME LAID BEFORE YOU BY GOD. MAKE HIM PROUD!!!! DO NOT BE ASHAMED BUT YET BE PROUD OF YOUR ABBA FATHER, YOUR SAVIOR AND MAKE HIM KNOWN TO ALL. SHARE THE LIGHT GIVEN YOU WITH ALL YOUR HEART. PRAISE JESUS!!!!

God loves to work on a broken vessel

We who know Christ were all sinners, broken vessels but He saved us by Grace and made us new!

2 Corinthians 5:17 "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!"

In our Spiritual walk we stumble, fail, fall but every time we do if we call out to Him, He will pick us up and help us move forward! And we need to thank God for our family, brothers, sisters in Christ who pray us through our weak moments.

HE IS PERFECTING US DAY BY DAY, MENDING US, REFINING US.

1 Thessalonians 5: 23 "Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely; and may your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. 24 He who calls you is faithful, who also will do it."

He's moulding and making us into a beautiful vessel of His choice.

He'll refine us in fire. He keep working on us so that the day we see Him, we will be like Him.

1 John 3:2 "Beloved, now we are children of God; and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but we know that when He is revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is."

LET US BE YIELDED VESSEL IN HIS HANDS.

He is The Master Potter, we the clay.

"What the enemy has in his possession he scars because his only agenda is to steal, kill and destroy. But when possession change hands to the Master Potter, Jesus Christ gives a total make over. He knows how to use scarred people. When He gives a make over people will say, "Wow! What happened to you? Who did this to you?"_
