A man or woman of integrity is honest not just in his word & deeds but is true in his heart too!!
God sees our hearts and judges our motives accordingly.

Men just see our word and deeds and decide if we are good or bad.

We need to honest in business dealing, manufacture and sell products of good quality and also give a good after sales service.
We should do the best in all that we lay our hands on.
We need to work faithfully for our employers, ever if our boss is not around because God watches us.

Truly a man of God who follows Him sincerely and walks in HIS ways is said to be a man/woman of integrity

By saying he walked in integrity David doesn't claim to be sinless but he was in good fellowship with his Heavenly Father, clearing his record when he sinned by asking forgiveness (Psalm51)
